VIII INTERNATIONAL MOSCOW BALLOON FESTIVAL.

From 3 till 6 of October 2007 during the exhibition will take place Seventh International Moscow Balloon Festival. This event became “Children’s World 2006”  a good tradition in the balloon and party industry. In 2007 we will have the 8th one.

Annually the Festival welcomes the best professionals from all over Russia and Europe. Many teams and delegates are already the habitués of our Event. As experts for the board of adjudicators and as teachers the Festival always assume the well-known specialists from Great Britain, Belgium, USA and other countries. The contest of the professional balloon decorators is – according to the tradition – the central occurrence of the Festival.

Balloon Festival is the perfect opportunity for decorators to represent their skills and creativity without any budget limits from their clients, and of course, for manufacturers to show all the advantages and benefits of their products.
Except for that, the huge fantastic country of the balloon compositions in the square of 2 000 sq.m. is incomparable and unforgettable.

Nominations:

• Greater balloon composition. Free style.

• Table decoration. Theme: Christmas.
  
  
• «Secret Box Contest» – the composition made of the materials concealed in the “secret box”. The participants receive an identical set of balloons and auxiliary materials. For 2 hours they should create a composition from the offered materials.

• The classes.

The best Russian and foreign experts will share the experience and trade secrets.

Awards of Festival 2007 :

• Grand Prix. The possessor of the prize will be determined by the maximum quantity of points assembled in the competitions.
