XX Moscow International Balloon Festival
We start prepare Jubilee XX Moscow International Balloon Festival, the biggest event in Europe by number of teams, visitors and sponsors.
The Festival is organized with support of Expocenter (Russia) and leading world producers of balloons, accessories and balloons equipment.
Who could participate:
The Festival is focused on two main groups. Firstly, this is a meeting ground for professional decorating community. Experienced decorators and newcomers find here new ideas and skills for themselves in competitions as well as in 3 days of master-classes. Balloon decorators fr om different parts of Russia and other countries come to share their experience. Secondly, the festival is a real balloon art event, wh ere the whole family can go to, to see balloon sculptures and make amazing photos.

Where: Pavilion 2, Expocenter, Vistavochnaya metro station, Krasnopresnenskaya nab., 14, Moscow
This year we strongly changed competition rules. We divided our Teams in 2 Leagues again.
- Professionals’ League is for teams, participating in Festival less than 18 years total (calculated as sum of participating years of each 6 team members). Moreover, the Team’s leader should have no win in Big Sculpture Competition any year before.
- Masters’ League is for other teams with greater Festival experience.
We organize 6 competitive nominations:
– Large Balloon Sculpture (for Professional and Master Teams separately);
– Balloon Column;
– Pandora’s Box;
– Balloon Costume;
– 12 minutes;
– Balloon Delivery Bouquet.
Moreover The Team which collects more scores (as sum of participation in different nominations) will get Gran Prix.
Winners will receive diplomas and prizes. Jury has a right to establish some additional prizes during the Festival.
Attention! Participation fee: This year we charge $150 from each Team participating in Large Balloon Sculpture competition.
If your Team needs helium for balloon decorations, please, indicate it in application form. All balloons should be inflated with Hi-Float. Please, don’t forget to bring Hi-Float with you.

Please, send us your request to join the event to guseva@balloons.spb.ru and we will provide you a tourist voucher for your nearest Russian embassy (for tourist visa).
How to get visa:
There are different rules in different countries to get a Russian visa. Please, find the Russian embassy website in your region and read about instructions to receive a Russian visa.
